For Spring/Summer 2027, CAMPILLO presents In Medias Res, a collection inspired by memory and the moments that stay with us over time. From this moment, In Medias Res explores the idea of capturing a moment before it disappears.
Presented in New York during Fashion Week, the collection reinterprets elements of Mexican charro and equestrian traditions through a contemporary lens. Tailoring meets denim, suede, and sheer fabrics, while more relaxed silhouettes bring a sense of movement to the collection. Horsehair once again plays an important role in the CAMPILLO vocabulary.
The color palette captures the intensity of a sunset through shades of red, pink, yellow, orange, and blue, balanced with neutral tones throughout the collection.
In Medias Res speaks to what happens while something is taking shape: somewhere between memory and the present, between what remains and what changes.
For its New York presentation, CAMPILLO brought this story to a Downtown Manhattan helipad, transforming a personal memory into a new expression of the brand’s identity.
